Ingredients:


1/2 head cabbage - chopped

1 medium red or yellow sweet pepper

1 medium green pepper

1 medium jalapeno pepper

1/2 medium onion or shallot to taste

3 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon Tiger Sauce (hot sauce)

1 teaspoon Sesame seed oil

1 teaspoon Hot Fire oil

1 teaspoon Soy sauce

1 teaspoon Sciracha sauce (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oils, throw in peppers, onion and garlic. Stir for few minutes in a stir fry pan. Add cabbage. Stir few more minutes. Add several dashes of soy and Tiger sauces. Server with chow mein noodles and hot Sciracha sauce. HOT!! But goood!! Must like hot peppers for this one! Very easy to prepare and only takes minutes. Enjoy!
