Ingredients:


1 pound ground beef

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons water

4 slices Swiss cheese -- (1 oz.)

4 slices canned pineapple
 

Preparation / Directions:


Shape ground beef into 4 patties; set aside. Combine soy sauce and water in a skillet over medium heat. Place patties in skillet; cover and simmer about 5 minutes. Turn patties; top each patty with a cheese slice and a pineapple slice. Cover and simmer an additional 10 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
