Ingredients:


--- THE BASIC BURGER RECIPE---

2/3 cup salsa

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon cilantro leaves

1/2 cup monterey jack cheese

3/4 cup lettuce

4 Medium hamburger bun
 

Preparation / Directions:


Prepare the burgers according to their recipe, replacing ice water, steak sauce or milk with 1/3 cup of the salsa. Add the chili powder, cumin and cilantro to the ground meat mixture. Serve the finished burgers on buns topped with cheese, lettuce and remaining salsa.
