Ingredients:


1/2 Cup chopped onion

2 Tablespoons fat

1 Pound ground beef -- drain well

2 Tablespoons flour

6 Tablespoons catsup

1 Tablespoon prepared mustard

1/2 Teaspoon salt

1/4 Teaspoon pepper

1 Cup sour cream

8 package hamburger buns
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown onion in hot fat (veggie oil); add and brown meat. Mix in remaining ingredients, except the buns; simmer 5-10 minutes. Serve hot on toasted split buns. One can add a bit of bar-b-q sauce to give it a little zip in wanted.…
