Ingredients:

2 cups sugar

1 cup butter

1/3 cup cocoa

4 large eggs

1 1/2 cups flour

1 Teaspoon vanilla

---Frosting:

1/3 cup cocoa

1/3 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup butter

1 package powder sugar to taste (3/4 to 1 bag)

---Icing

4 Ounces icing sugar

2 Ounces butter

1 drop warm water

1. Combine cookie ingredients. Grease and flour 13 X 15 cookie sheet. Add mixture to cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

2. Combine frosting ingredients and frost cooled brownies.
