Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients:


1 cup butter or margarine -- melted

3/4 cup baking cocoa

2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

4 large eggs

---cocoa frosting

2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar

1/3 cup milk

1/4 cup butter or margarine -- softened

3 tablespoons baking cocoa

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and cocoa. Mix in sugar and flour. Add eggs; mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Meanwhile, for frosting, beat together all ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth. Cool the brownies 15 minutes before frosting. Cool completely. Cover with foil; freeze until firm. Serve frozen or thawed.
