Ingredients:


1 cup butter or margarine

4 ounces chocolate* -- melted

4 large eggs

2 cups sugar

1 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 teaspoons vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt chocolate and butter together. Beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla, add melted ingredients. Mix in flour and salt. Bake in two 10 X 10" shallow pans for 35 min. at 325 degrees. When cool, cut in small squares. * may substitute 4 T butter plus 3/4 cup cocoa for the chocolate squares.
