Broccoli-Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:


1 package frozen broccoli (the whole bag or amount you want)

6 teaspoon butter (or low-fat butter or margarine)

2 cans corn (depending on amount you wish to make)

8 slices American cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Follow cooking instructions on broccoli package. Once done, drain. Place butter in saucepan and pour in corn and broccoli. Let simmer as per corn can instructions. Once done, pour into casserole dish and layer cheese on top; cover casserole dish, as steam will melt cheese within seconds. Serve as a side dish with just about anything or eat as a main course.
