Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons cornstarch

3 cups milk

3 tablespoons margarine

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 pieces chicken bouillon cube

2 cups broccoli cooked, finely chopped

1 tablespoons cheddar cheese grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a saucepan, mix cornstarch and 1 cup of the milk until smooth. Stir in all remaining ingredients except broccoli. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute. Add broccoli. Just before serving, sprinkle cheddar cheese over the soup.
