Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:


4 slices white bread, cubed

16 ounces bacon or sausage, cooked

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

6 large eggs, beaten

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook, drain, and crumble bacon or sausage. Beat eggs. Stir in milk, salt, and mustard. Grease the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle bread cubes in pan. Add sausage and cheese to pan. Pour in egg mixture. Refrigerate overnight if desired. Place in cold oven set at 350 degrees and bake 45 min.
