Buckwheat Bread

Ingredients:


1 package yeast -- (5/16-oz)

1 1/2 cups unbleached flour

1/2 cup bread flour

1/4 cup buckwheat flour

2 teaspoons sugar

1 tablespoons dry milk

1 tablespoons margarine

1 teaspoon salt

7/8 cup water
 

Preparation / Directions:


SERVE TOASTED W/CREAM CHEESE, FRUIT SPREAD, OR CINNAMON SUGAR. Put all ingredients in the order given, into the bread pan, select WHITE bread, and push Start. Makes 1 loaf, 8 slices.
