Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:


1 package jiffy pizza crust mix

1 pound bulk sausage

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -- 4oz

1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes -- thawed

4 large eggs

3 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown sausage. Drain and set aside to cool. Prepare crust as directed on package. Spoon cooled sausage over crust and sprinkle with potatoes and the cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over potatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake about 30 minutes. Slice and serve. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
