Apple Fritters (Ob'l Puffers)

Ingredients:


1 cup Flour

1 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder

3 tablespoons Powdered sugar

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/3 cup Milk

1 large Egg well beaten

2 medium Apple, sour, thinly sliced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl. Beat the egg and add the milk and stir into the dry ingredients. Mix well. Add the sliced apples. Drop batter by spoonfuls into hot fat and fry.
