Ingredients:


3 medium bananas ripe

3/4 cup sugar

2 large eggs

1/2 cup nuts chopped (optional)

2 cups flour

1 Teaspoon salt

1 Teaspoon baking soda
 

Preparation / Directions:


Crush ripe bananas with a fork and add the lightly beaten eggs, sugar flour, salt, baking soda, and nuts. Bake at 325 °F for 1 hour. Makes a 5" x 9" loaf
