1 1/2 cups rye flour
1 tablespoon cocoa -- (optional, for coloring)
1 1/2 tablespoons caraway seed
1/3 cup molasses
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon gluten -- (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
 

Preparation / Directions:
