---FOR A 1 1/2 POUND LOAF---
7/8 cup water -- (7/8 to 1)
1/2 cup sweetned condensed milk
3 1/3 cups bread flour*
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 teaspoons red star brand active dry yeast

Preparation / Directions:

*(for Welbilt/DAK and Zojirushi machines, reduce flour t0 3 cups) 1. Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start 2. After the baking cycle ends, remove the bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool for 1 hour before slicing.
