Mexican Corn Bread

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups cornmeal

1 cup sour cream

1/4 Tablespoon oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 can jalapenos -- (4 ounces) chopped

1 Tablespoon baking powder

1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

2 large eggs

1 cup creamed corn
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a well greased whatever and bake 35-40 minutes.
