1 package active dry yeast

3 cups bread flour

3 tablespoons jalapeno peppers -- chopped

1/2 cup monterey jack cheese

1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 1/4 cups water -- adjust to your needs
