Chocolate Coconut Bread

Ingredients:


1 cup heavy cream

1 1/2 large eggs

3 tablespoons fruit juice concentrate

3 tablespoons honey

1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

1/3 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup coconut flakes

3 tablespoons vital gluten -- optional

3/4 cup wheat flakes

3 cups whole wheat flour

1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/3 cup chopped nuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


Use Raisin/Mix Cycle and add Chocolate Chips and Chopped nuts when indicated; or 5 minutes prior to the end of the second kneading cycle
