6 ounces beer

2/3 cup flour

1 large egg yolk

1 teaspoon corn oil

1 large egg white
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine beer, flour, yolk, and oil in a mixer beat on low speed until smooth, set aside beat white to stiff peaks fold into beer mixture use as desired
