1 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup onion
3/4 cup celery
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound croutons

Preparation / Directions:

heat butter in a skillet, over a medium flame add onions and celery heat and stir for 6-8 minutes, until tender add poultry seasoning-mix well season to taste with salt and pepper remove from heat add croutons-mix well spoon into a buttered 1-1/2 quart casserole bake, covered, @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes bake, uncovered, @ 350 degrees for another 10 minutes serve hot
