Ingredients:

1 1/2 Pounds Loaf
1 Teaspoon Yeast
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons Dry Milk
1/2 Cup Rye Flour
2 1/2 Cups Bread Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoons Butter
9 Ounces Warm Water -- 1 1/8 Cups
1 1/2 Pounds Loaf
1 Teaspoon Yeast
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons Dry Milk
1/2 Cup Rye Flour
2 1/2 Cups Bread Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoons Butter
9 Ounces Warm Water -- 1 1/8 Cups
 

Preparation / Directions:

Add to bread machine as your machine instructs. For Panasonic/National machines use 2 teaspoons of yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
