Cornbread Romano

1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup water
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
6 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
6 tablespoons melted butter
8 tablespoons romano cheese

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place cornmeal in bowl of food processor. Add water, eggs, baking powder, flour and cayenne. Process until mixed. Add melted butter. Pulse a few seconds. Add Romano cheese. Pulse again for a few seconds. Pour into a 7" x 9" buttered baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. Until golden brown. Approximately 10-12 minutes.
