Coconut-Pineapple Wheat Bread

Ingredients:


1 package yeast

3 cups whole wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon oil

1/2 cup crushed pineapple -- packed in its own juice -- drained

3 tablespoons pineapple juice -- (liquid drained from can)

3/4 cup plus 3 tb water

1/2 cup shredded coconut -- (optional add at the start of second mix)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "whole wheat" and push "start."
