Ingredients:
2 1/4 Teaspoons Yeast |
2 1/2 Cups Bread flour |
1/2 Cup Whole-wheat flour |
3 Tablespoons rye flour |
2 Teaspoons Orange zest -- grated |
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt |
1 Tablespoon Sugar |
4 Tablespoons Powdered milk |
1 Tablespoon Butter or margarine |
1 1/4 Cups Water -- plus 1 TB |
1 Teaspoon Lemon juice |
1/3 Cup Sunflower Seeds -- Shelled -- Unsalted |

Preparation / Directions:
Place all ingredients except sunflower seeds in machine and push start!
Use raisin bread cycle if available and add sunflower seeds at the beep.
