Potato Bread

Ingredients:


1 cup mashed potatoes

1 cup water from the boiled potatoes

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/3 tablespoons sugar

2 cups bread flour

2 cups whole wheat flour

2 teaspoons yeast
 

Preparation / Directions:


Add the ingredients into your bread machine as per manufacturer's directions. Set on regular bread setting. I make this often and will boil and mash a bunch of potatoes to make four loaves!! It is very go
