Ingredients:


1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast

1 1/4 cups Water

3 cups Bread flour

15 ounces Ricotta cheese

1 teaspoon Salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Everything except ricotta cheese makes basic pizza dough on dough setting. After first kneading, dough should rise for 60 minutes, then get punched down for about 60 seconds; rest 5 minutes. On lightly floured surface, roll dough into 12 in cylinder. Cut into 12 pieces. Roll each piece, place a heaping Tbsp. of cheese on each. Seal and crimp edges. Heat oil to 375 degrees and fry.
