Molasses Wheat Germ Bread

Ingredients:


1 package Yeast

3 cups Whole wheat flour

1/4 cup Wheat germ

1/4 cup Toasted bran

1 tablespoon Oil

4 tablespoons Molasses

1 1/4 cups Beer -- flat, warm

1 large Egg white
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "whole wheat" and push "start."
