Maple Oat Bread

Ingredients:

1/2 tablespoon Yeast

1 1/2 cups Oats

3 cups Flour -- bread

1/2 tablespoon Salt

1/2 tablespoon Dough enhancer -- optional

3 tablespoons Oil

1 large eggs

1/2 cup Syrup -- maple flavored

1 5/8 cups Water -- warm

Preparation / Directions:

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "sweet bread" and push Start. In hot, humid or very cold weather, reduce water to 1-1/3
