Ingredients:


1 package Yeast

3 cups Bread flour

2 tablespoons Sugar

2 tablespoons Butter (sweet -- at room temp)

1 cup hot water

2 large egg whites stiffly beaten
 

Preparation / Directions:


Be sure to use "crisp" bread setting and add the egg whites after the rest of the ingredients are moist. Let me know how it turns out!
