Honey Nut Wheat Bread |

Ingredients:
2 1/4 teaspoons Yeast |
2 2/3 cups Bread flour |
1/3 cup Whole wheat flour |
3 tablespoons Wheat germ -- toasted |
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt |
4 tablespoons Powdered milk |
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine |
1 cup Water -- plus 1 TB |
1/4 cup Honey |
1 teaspoon Lemon juice |
1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped -- toasted |

Preparation / Directions:
Place all ingredients in machine and push start! Use raisin bread cycle if
possible, adding nuts at the beep. Not recommended for use with timer.
