Classic White Bread

Ingredients:


1 1/3 cups water

2 tablespoons Butter

4 cups Bread Flour

2 1/2 tablespoons Dry Milk

2 tablespoons Sugar

1 3/4 teaspoons salt

2 1/4 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
 

Preparation / Directions:


All ingredients at room temperature 70-80 degrees. Put in bread maker in order listed. Select Normal setting, choose loaf size and crust color. Press start. ***For Speed setting you may substitute fast-rising yeast, 2 teaspoons for large loaf
