Cinnamon-Raisin Bread With Cinnamon Glaze

Ingredients:


1 pound loaf

3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon margarine or butter -- softened

2 cups gold medal better for bread flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 3/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast or quick-acting

1/2 cup raisins
 

Preparation / Directions:


CINNAMON GLAZE: 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons water Follow your machines instructions. GLAZE: Mix until thin enough to drizzle.
