Ingredients:


--- (1 1/2 Pound loaf)

8 ounces pineapple in juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


1/3 cup Water 1/4 cup Reserved pineapple juice 1 tablespoon Margarine or butter -- softened 3 cups Bread flour 1/2 cup Shredded coconut -- toasted 1/3 cup Pecan or walnut halves 1 tablespoon Dry milk 1 tablespoon Packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon Salt 1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast -- (2 Pound loaf) 3/4 cup 1 can(8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice -- drained and juice reserved 1/2 cup Water 1/4 cup Reserved pineapple juice 1 tablespoon Margarine or butter -- softened 4 cups Bread flour 2/3 cup Shredded coconut -- toasted 1/2 cup Pecan or walnut halves 1 tablespoon Dry milk 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Packed brown sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt 1 3/4 teaspoons Yeast Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on a wire rack
