Graham Cracker Bread

Ingredients:

---small loaf:
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract -- not imitation
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour -- unbleached
1 package graham crackers(11) -- crushed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
---large loaf:
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons dark corn syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract -- not imitation
3 cups all-purpose flour -- unbleached
1 1/2 packages graham crackers(18) -- crushed
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
 

Preparation / Directions:

Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
