---1 lb loaf: -- 1 1/2 lb:
1 Cup WATER -- (1-1/3 C.)
2 Tablespoons OLIVE OIL -- (3 T.)
1/3 Cup fresh PARSLEY -- (1/2 C.)
2 Teaspoons SUGAR -- (1 T.)
1 Teaspoon SALT -- (1-1/2 tsp.)
1 1/2 Cups Whole-Wheat Flour -- (2 C.)
1 1/2 Cups Bread FLOUR -- (2 C.)
1 1/2 Teaspoons YEAST -- (2-1/2 tsp)
1/3 Cup CAPERS -- (1/2 C.)
1/3 Cup pitted GREEN OLIVES -- (1/2 C.)
 

Preparation / Directions:

Bake Accord to Manuf. Instruct. Add OLIVES and CAPERS five minutes before the final kneading is finished.
