Banana Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients:

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 large egg
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cups ripe bananas (about 3 medium) -- sliced
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
2 teaspoons Red Star brand active dry yeast -- for all bread machines, except 1 1/2 pound Panasonic/ -- National (use 4 Teaspoon yeast)
 

Preparation / Directions:

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press start. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
