Apple Onion Rye

Ingredients:

2 1/4 teaspoons Yeast
1 7/8 cups Bread flour
1 1/2 cups Rye flour
1/3 cup Cracked wheat
1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 tablespoon Salt
1/2 tablespoon Caraway seeds
2 cloves Garlic -- crushed
1 medium Onions -- chopped
1 large apples -- chopped
3 tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup Water
 

Preparation / Directions:

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot and humid weather, use 1/8 c less water. This barely sweet, fruity rye tastes good with scrambled eggs or in a turkey sandwich. For tea sandwiches, slice thin and spread with cream cheese and toasted sliced almond
