Anne And Bill's Apple Oatmeal Bread With Raisins

1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
5/8 cup water*
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 3/4 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
1/3 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Preparation / Directions:

*for Welbilt machines, add 1 more Tbsp water to the 1 lb loaf, and 2 more Tbsp to the 1 1/2 lb loaf; for DAK and Zojirushi machines, add 2 more Tbsp to the 1 1/2 lb loaf. Place all ingredients in the bread pan (per you mfg's instructions!!), select Light Crust setting and press start. After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and cool one hour before slicing (yeah, right!!) Crust: Light, optional cycles: Sweet bread, raisin/nut, Rapid bake, delayed tim
