2/3 cup Garbanzo -- (chickpea) bean, flour
4 tablespoons Sesame seeds
4 tablespoons Vital gluten
1/4 cup Date sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 1/2 teaspoons Yeast
---MEDIUM---
1 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
3 tablespoons Almond butter
2 1/2 cups Whole wheat bread flour
1/2 cup Garbanzo bean flour
3 tablespoons Sesame seeds
3 tablespoons Vital gluten
3 tablespoons Date sugar
3/4 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Yeast
---SMALL---
7/8 cup Low-fat milk
2 tablespoons Almond butter
1 2/3 cups Whole wheat bread flour
1/3 cup Garbanzo bean flour
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
2 tablespoons Vital gluten
2 tablespoons Date sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast
 

Preparation / Directions:

Follow the directions of your own breadmaker in making this bread. The almond butter, sesame seeds, and garbanzo bean flour increase the protein quality of this bread. Serve it sliced thinly with soups for a complete and nutritious lunch.
