Ingredients:


2 cups buttermilk baking mix

1/2 cup cheddar cheese

1/4 cup scallions

2/3 cup beer

Preparation / Directions:


combine biscuit mix, cheese, and scallions-mix well add beer and stir until mixture pulls away from sides of bowl and forms a ball turnout onto a lightly floured board and knead for 2 minutes rollout to a thickness of 1/2-inch and cut into desired shape place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet bake @ 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until golden serve hot or warm
