Ingredients:
3 medium ripe peaches -- pitted, peeled, quartered |
1/2 cup light corn syrup |
2 slices gingerroot or -- 3/4 inch thick each |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 cup lemon sherbet |
1/2 cup ginger ale |
2 scoops vanilla ice cream |

Preparation / Directions:
1. Place peaches, corn syrup and gingerroot in blender container; cover; blend on medium speed 30 seconds or just until smooth.
2. Add sherbet and ginger ale; cover; blend on medium speed 15 seconds or just until smooth.
3. Pour into 2 large glasses; top each with ice cream.
