Blueberry Float

Ingredients:


1 large egg

3/4 cup blueberries

2 cups milk

2 dashes almond extract

1 1/2 cups whipped cream

1 pint vanilla ice cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Put egg, blueberries, milk and almond extract in a blender; mix at high speed until smooth. 2. Add whipped cream; gently fold together. 3. Scoop into 6 glasses and top each with blueberry swirl or vanilla ice cream; decorate with a few blueberries and serve.
