Banana-Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:


16 ounces canned peaches -- undrained sliced

1 medium banana -- ripe

2/3 cup soy milk

1/2 cup fat-free yogurt -- vanilla

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

2 pieces ice cubes
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Place peaches, reserved juice, and remaining ingredients in a blender, and process until mixture is smooth.
