Ingredients:


1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup cranberry juice

2 tablespoons Juice of one lime

2 medium oranges, peeled and chopped

1 medium grapefruit, peeled and chopped

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

1 cup Stonyfield Farm lowfat vanilla yogurt

1 tablespoon honey
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
