Ingredients:


2 pounds ground chuck

1 package onion soup mix

1 1/2 cups bread crumbs -- fresh

2 whole eggs

3/4 cup water

1/3 cup ketchup
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. In large baking pan, shape into loaf. Bake 1 hour or until done. (Personal notes: 1. Bob also pours a small can of tomato sauce on top before he pops it into the oven. 2. When he makes meatloaf, I make sure I have a cheese bread (bread machine type) ready to be made into bread crumbs)
