Ingredients:


1 pound Beef filleti

4 medium Red peppers

4 medium Green peppers

2 medium red onions

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1/2 cup Olive oil

1/2 cup Vinegar

1/2 cup Water

1 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Julienne the beef, peppers and onions. Toss together in serving bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk mustard with oil. Whisk in vinegar, then water. Add salt and pepper. 3. Pour vinaigrette over salad. Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve cold. This typically Austrian dish provides a surprisingly delicate taste.
