Ingredients:


2 cups italian salad dressing

1/2 cup scallions

2 tablespoons garlic

1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 cup worcestershire sauce

4 ounces beer

4 ounces cola

3 pounds skirt steak

8 tortillas flour tortilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine marinade ingredients-mix well pour over steak cover and chill for 4-24 hours remove from marinade grill for 3-5 minutes on each side remove from grill to rest for 5-10 minutes cut across the grain into paper-thin strips serve hot, with warm tortillas to the side
