Ingredients:


1 pound boneless beef sirloin

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon liquid smoke

1 teaspoon chili sauce

1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce

2 teaspoons dry white wine

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon hoisin sauce

2 teaspoons garlic

2 teaspoons scallions
 

Preparation / Directions:


place beef in freezer until firm slice, across the grain, into paper-thin strips combine beef with remaining ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 1-8 hours, drain well broil or grill briefly to sear on one side only arrange onto a serving platter serve hot or at room temperature
