Ingredients:


1 pound skirt steak

1/2 cup corn oil

1 cup onion

1 tablespoon garlic

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons jalapeno chile

8 tortillas flour tortilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


COMBINE OIL, ONIONS, GARLIC, LIME JUICE, AND CHILES-MIX WELL POUR OVER STEAK COVER AND CHILL FOR 1-24 HOURS GRILL OVER VERY HOT COALS OR BROIL CLOSE TO THE FLAME FOR 3-5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE REMOVE FROM GRILL AND ALLOW TO REST FOR 5 MINUTES SLICE ON THE BIAS INTO THIN STRIPS SERVE HOT, WITH HEATED TORTILLAS TO THE SIDE
